I can’t login…

There are several reasons why you might not be able to login. I will list them below:

1. This might sound sillly, but you might not be a member. Sometimes I have student who confuse the free lessons with the membership lessons. Unless you have actually purchased a membership, you will not be able to login.

2. You might be typing your details wrong. Your password, or expiration date is case sensitive so be careful when typing.

3. You might be trying to log into the wrong membership area. Use the pull down membership
menu to choose the membership you purchase. The pull down membership is the button that is
found on the top right side of any of my website pages, including the top of this blog page.
If you are not sure which membership you have, then just trying them all and see what works!

3. You might be expired. If you are using an expiration date to login, and that expiration date has passed, then you won’t be able to login. If that is the case, you will need to email me and tell me you are expired and ask for a renewal. However, if you are using an expiration date that has passed, and you are still able to login, then keep on using it! ~smile~

4. You might be using an email address instead of your expiration date. If you were a member before November 2008, your login details would have been an expiration date instead of an email. You’re email address will not be recognized, even if you are a member. If you would like me to update your expiration date to be your email address, you can email me and I will be happy to do that.

Well, if none of the above applies to you, then you will need to email me and let me know what you have tried doing, so I don’t try to do all of it all over again. I will also need the approximate date of purchase, your password details and the original email you used when you purchased your membership.
