I didn’t get my shipment…

If you have not received your Books and CD’s within a reasonable amount of time, allowing 7-10 days for USA orders and 10-14 days for international orders, then please email me your receipt number and I will look into it. However, make sure you ordered the Deluxe Membership which is the only membership that includes the Books and CD’s.

It is easy to know if you ordered the Deluxe Membership, it is the only choice that is $189.99, and there is never a “sale” on it. So, if you paid anything other than $189.99, then your purchase was for one of the Online Membership Programs, which does not include the books and CD’s. Instead, you would have received an email with your password details.

You will be pleased to know that the length of your membership access gives you plenty of time to download and print the materials. You can choose to print them just a few pages at a time or choose to print them all at once. Placing them in a 3 ring binder is the best way to organize your lessons. These materials are the EXACT same materials you would receive in the books. The CD’s contain the same exact audio clips that you find in your membership area.
