What kind of guarantee or return policy do you have?
We all know that most places offer a Money Back Guarantee within a certain amount of time attached. With most products, a short 30-60 days Money Back Guarantee will work just fine. 30-60 days is usually enough time to determine whether you like the product or not.
However, When learning something as progressive as learning piano, the longer the return policy lasts, the higher the chance that you will be able to make a good decision on whether you want to keep the lessons or get your money back.. The reason you want a longer return policy is because It’s hard to test a piano lesson program in a short amount of time due to everyone’s different learning ability. You might be someone who learns fast and can determine that the lessons are working well for you in just a few short weeks, however, you might be a person who needs a longer time period to know if you are happy with the program. Being happy with the program means you are making progress, and you feel that the method and support matches your learning preferences and learning ability.
If the return policy time frame is not long enough to match your learning ability, you might be left in a position to keep something you are not sure about, or you might give up something that you really should have kept.
With that said, I recommend that you should not consider any program that does not have at least a 90 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee.
The gold standard of guarantees is of course, the lifetime warranty. If a product has a lifetime guarantee, that alone speaks volumes about the quality of the product and the creator’s confidence that their lessons will work for you.
