Any membership refers to access to digital materials while connected to the internet and accessing the membership area using a password. Free memberships may be terminated at any time with no notice. Paid memberships remain active for 1 year, requiring a yearly or monthly renewal to continue access and are not refundable after 30 days. Yearly renewals also include email support. Lifetime Memberships refer to memberships that do not require a yearly or monthly renewal fee. Lifetime Memberships are not refundable after 30 days of the purchase. Lifetime Memberships however, are subject to a research and labor fee in the case of student inactivity, or manual change of email address, or manual change of password, or any requested activity that required manual labor. Research and labor fee covers the time used to grant a students request. Lifetime membership does not include guaranteed email support, but email support is provided if not abused.
Learn Piano Online may change the membership platform (the software/service used to maintain membership area) at anytime. Changes that result in transfer of students to updated platforms and granting new passwords will be announced by email to all currently active members. Learn Piano Online is not responsible for guaranteed delivery of emails. In the event of a student losing access for any reason, an email request with proof of purchase will be required to reinstate membership. Further, Learn Piano Online reserves the right to dissolve the membership area for reasons beyond control such as economic, political, natural or financial crisis, and not excluding personal crisis that affect mental, physical or financial ability to maintain site.
9. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Learn Piano Online’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
