There are several reasons why you might not be able to login. I will list them below: 1. This might sound silly, but you might not be a member. Sometimes I have students who confuse the free lessons with the membership lessons. Unless you have actually purchased a membership, you will not be able to login. 2. You might be typing your details wrong. Your password is case sensitive, so be very careful. 3. You might be expired. If that is the case, you will need to email me and tell me you are expired and ask for a renewal. I can’t open the pdf files…
If you cannot open the free lessons pages, or any of the pdf pages, the first thing to make sure of is that you have downloaded the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader: http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/ If you already have it and it's not working, you might need to either reinstall it, or upgrade it to the most current. I can’t hear the audio clips.
If you can't hear the audio clips in any of the paid or free memberships, you may need to download a simple player to listen to them. I recommend using the free quicktime player. Music staff not printing
If you can see the lines on the pdf before printing, then you will need to open your printer or Adobe Reader preferences and locate something that says: "print as image". That will allow your printer to print what is displayed on the screen as a picture instead of trying to "interpret" it. Continue Reading
